I bought several filters from www.germanfilters.com. Their delivery was within 4 days and the price ended up being about $5/filter. <----I'm not associated with them 
Mobil 1 can be found at Walmart for roughly $5-6/quart on occasion. You should be able to be change it yourself for about $40 total. There's a very good DIY on here somewhere.
