Well I am ordering a 525i so I have to pay for Premium, I just hope that somebody can show something that says otherwise, because I am getting screwed on the premium pkg, I want to have comfort seats and NO premium like everyone has previously said but it looks like this may not be the case.

Well, for seat ventilation the memory is required. Comfort seats have memory, so it's technically possible and you don't need to have the premium package, because all you need you get with the comfort seats! Maybe the dealers you called had not sold enough premium packages yet or simply are idiots!
I highly doubt, that you can get seat ventilation with the premium package!!!

Well I contacted BMWNA (800-831-1117)and they too confirmed the exact same thing "Premium Required". The guy I was talking too even spent about 20 mins on the phone and confirmed it. He said comfort was not required at all, just Nasca and Premium. So I guess I have accepted the fact that Premium is Required. I spoke with them about the issue that there should be some kind of discount because of the absence of Dakota Leather but still getting charged for it, he said to have my Sales Mgr to contact the Internal Marketing Team Manager and that they should work something out. So I guess I will await the outcome of their conversation.

Peace
