My Ride: '04 545i '02 SC430 '04 RX330

are they forged? i've always though the 166's were cast and the 167's for forged.

Not sure why an M5 would not have a stock forged wheel, right? Makes no sense. I'd have to lean on the side of forged because I've hit MASSIVE potholes with skinny ass tires in the 2 years I've had them and no bends.

what spacer u guys suggest in the front or all around with this oem 166 et 28(m5 offset) ?
i have kw v3 and continental DWS tires ( 275/30R19 and 245/35R19)

My Ride: 2004 BMW E60 530i, upgrades: Magnaflow exhaust, Mtec angel eyes and low beam head lights, Just purchased 172 style wheels, looking around for the best tires on Tire Rack now. R1 concepts rotors drilled/slotted. Saving for the M-style kit from Trinity Auto.

Welcome to the club, love the E60 look as well, I just had my 2004 totaled from a hail storm,had it for seven years, currently in the process of shopping for another, I saved my 172 rims for my next E60, I use the stock rims for winter time and put snow tires on them.
