Odometer Reading Problem

My Ride: 2004 545i TITANIUM GREY II on Black Dakota Lthr, Comfort Seats, Sports PKG, Premium PKG, Active/Dynamic Drive, NAV, Winter Package.

I got the oil changed today and my local BMW shop, they reset the computer as usual for the next oil change. Once you reset the computer and turn the ignition it show 24000 km in my case it is showing 10000 km. If I look under the iDrive it shows 24000 km (please see attached pictures). I did the reset several times when I got home with the same results. Any idea why this happening?

maybe the first pic is showing you need service for something else within 10000km

+1 I suspect that's another inspection or service. Go to your INFO Menu in iDrive and take a look for another service item coming due.

Its something else due for service, every time I sart the car it shows 9k @ odometer and its vehicle check service mileage.
