hmmmm I would also question the Lambda sensor if that doesn't cure it, especially with the emissions warning, or the idle control valve if its like the old BMW's of past

 

Got her home last night after a nice 2 hour ride from the dealer. Down the PA turnpike to the Jersey Turnpike. What a difference! Car seemed to be begging for me to push her harder. Of course we had a great deal of rain in the area so I took it easy , but very happy right now.
