Not another speeding ticket
I don't know, but it certainly looks cool. And like me, I have no doubt that most people, cops included can't tell the difference either.

Refer to my answer above. But elaborating on it further. I think that modern car design it's difficult to distinguish which lighting are "parking lights" as they are designed to basically add to the look of the car. Take the new Audi A/S 4/5's. Their outline of the brake lights are always lit, is that parking light, or just the way it's designed?

I have a plan to fight this ticket, already talked to my lawyer. Here in Toronto insurance is outrageous. It's a must to fight every ticket you get!
I can explain how but it's a long speech im going to give that judge :@
And wow, I never knew driving with parking lights on was illegal. Still don't get why..
.. Not sure if you're a new member or just first post- none the less congrats and welcome- this site is amazing and you'll learn lots!!
Do you mean at night? Or day?
If you mean at night, I fully agree with you. Your tail lights, license plate lights are on, however, angel eyes/DTRL are not bright enough for night time..
But during the day? Parking lights are illegal? What's the point of them? LOL
p.s. Sorry for postin a few times... Multi-quote button not working :S

But for real, they can only *legally be used when parked. Same thing with hazard lights, they aren't legally permitted while driving.
