Nothing like a snap. I guess its like a leather cracking sound everytime I hit any sort of bump.

 

Definitely sounds like a door seal issue.

 

Ok I did what you suggested and it somewhat cure the problem. When I put the windows down it relieved the problem, but not entirely. So I will talk to the SA and ask him to put new seals and a teflon tape as well.

Make sure the dealer change all 4 seals at once. Sometimes they only change the one that you complaint about. GL

 

So its the seat seals? I thought it was the door seals? I definitely will tell them that is the whole cabin and not just a particular area. Thanks for the tips

 

Door seals. They are located along the top edge of each door.

 

My 2010 car has the stupid seal creaking sound when hitting bumps now ( only 1,500 miles on odo.), I can't believe BMW... a premium car company builds cars with squeaky door seals..
Had this problem on my previous 5er as well... I guess I'll ask them to replace the seals or whatever it is they do to fix it.

 

Wow. So soon. BMW really needs to pay more attention to details like this.

 

my whole interior squeeks and rattles like shaking a tic tac box thanks to my sound system. even my instrument cluster rattles now. theres no going back for me is there?
