Noise when starting car

My Ride: no work done yet, just go the car a week ago but looking to do some work soon
Does anyone know what the noise can be.... Its happens everytime i start the car the noise is as if you would over turn the key in the ignition (if you your car is on and you turn the key forward again you get this noise) well same thing sound like when i turn my car on

same here i have low coolant level warning the other day... so in my case its a wet belt, i have to make a trip to dealer
