When I start the engine in the morning (A/C is automatically on), I hear loader than usual noise intermittently. It might be noise from fan belt? Does anyone has this air condition noise issue? I can't really hear it unless I'm standing outside or roll down the windows. The sound isolation is very good inside the cabin.

Also, is there a way to disable A/C from coming on automatically?

I think your dealer is able to disable the A/C from coming on automatically. Apparentley there is a Summer and winter mode for the A/C but only BMW service can change the mode.
