Hey guys, just like the title says my 2006 525i with an N52 engine has been suffering from this idle problem as soon as I turn on the A/C the rpm's start jumping around a lot and sometimes stall the car, when I turn off the A/C all is well and the gremlins seemed to have left. This happens on a cold start or when the car has warmed up. I'm bummed out to what it can be, car runs like a dream otherwise no other symptoms. I've read other threads like a dirty air filter or spark plugs but they're both in good condition and fairly new so I've ruled those out as potential culprits. Any insight on this would be highly appreciated, thanks guys!

 

same thing happened to me...changed spark plugs and ignition coils and it was all good
