well I know you don't want to probably hear this, but it sounds like it's your active steering. Your active steering is a part of your sway bar. To replace it you're going to have to replace the whole thing. Sway bar and motor itself is more than likely what your issue is and your motor is on its way out. The only way to to be for sure if it is what it is, is if you have another active steering malfunction. So this is where you play the waiting game. Good luck

if you're going to go to an independent shop make sure they're going to give you a free diagnosis. The reason is there is no code right now that's being presented on your computer, the good news is it's more than likely saved in the memory of your previous codes. But you don't want to waste a hundred bucks to diagnose your car when there's no codes. Take it in hopefully the code is still there and they will tell you as much as they can, good luck. let me know what happens.

well you have another option. You don't have to purchase the active stabilizer bar. H&R makes one for about 300 bucks. You lose active steering but its up to you if you want to spend an extra thousand or 1100 dollars on the active steering bar.I have active steering as well and I'm going to dread the day that my goes out.
