Default Noise coming from engine bay. Please see video

So last week I had the active steering wheel malfunction. I did a search on here and did as you guys instructed which was to turn the wheel all the way to the left then right then centre.

After I did notice it was a little bit harder to make a reverse park when turning the wheel but it wasn't happening everytime. Now I have a noise coming from the engine bay. My friend suggested it could be the power steering pump.

Any thoughts?

Does the sound change at all when you're turning your steering wheel?

I just turned the car on after letting it sit for a few hours. No sound, but then again I didn't drive the car, just turned it on.

Last week it had a active steering malfunction, but I did that fix where you turn the wheel left then right then centre. Start car turn off then on again. That worked.
