Okay, finally an update.😊

A friend told me that sometimes the MAF sensor will go bad and, for some reason other, won’t throw a code. He said this can potentially keep the engine from starting. So, I replaced the MAF sensor with a new Continental sensor. It didn’t make a difference.

I double checked the engine timing to make sure it is correct and I can’t find anything wrong with it.

I’m not sure what I should check into next. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I will likely play with it for a couple more weeks and if I can’t figure anything out, I may end up taking it to my local BMW mechanic. I will keep you all updated.

You've been spending so much sweat money, might as well go ahead and let a competent BMW indy diagnose it.
