reseting service only get okay then _____

I have same problem also I changed the cluster because fuel gauge wasn't working, so now all indicators show need brake pad, oil change all that stuff tried updating with winkpg
it updated software successfully but when I check it with INPA functional check UID I notice
VIN number is different from one I put but all the gauges and lights work just he service reminders and of course the tamper dot any suggestions?
