Here are the part numbers (although it's likely that there's a titanium silver owner here who might be willing to swap or sell you the painted ones he took out to install his reflectors...)
Left insert (primed): 51127166661
Right insert (primed): 51127166662
Good luck and welcome to the forums...

Cold Weather Package

How about white? Does anyone make them in white/clear? I did some desaturation in PS, they seem to look great on black - just so-so on the Silver Gray.

Maybe, but a clear reflector is illegal for use (at least) in the US.? Clear on front, red on rear...

My Ride: Arrived 3 June 2005: 2005 545i - Orient Blue, Black interior, Sport, Steptronic, Cold Weather, NAV, Sirius, Logic7, Comfort Seats, Sunshades. What a glorious ride!
My inserts are body-colored, and I don't have any compelling reason to insist on red reflectors; the current inserts look fine to me. If I had a light-colored car and my inserts were black, I would have a very different point of view.
If my wife had "body-colored inserts" in a strategic location, that also would be fine by me.
