***UPDATE***
So I had the mechatronics replaced a couple of weeks back on the tranny. BMW claimed that it would fix the problem...... It did not. Fixed the jerky motion when I stop but not the hard shifting. I went ahead and took the car back to BMW today and was called back and BMW approved a new Transmission. It will be in on Thursday so in two weeks I should have it done and update you guys on it.
