Now THAT is an aggressive trunk lid!

Oh!! And ADJUSTABLE SEATBELTS! WHY on earth does this expensive of a car not have adjustable seatbelts? Even though I am very tall, it cuts me across my throat. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for short people!

And.... A/C that stays OFF when you shut it off... it doesn't just sneak back up to one fan speed by itself.

I agree a slower trunklid would be good, my father was playing with the inside constrols, as i was taking a reading something (brosure) at the dealership, and he pressed the trunk button, the trunk flew open, the edge hit the underside of my jaw, and the book ended up on the front windsheild. that was painful.

I agree with SueBMW that the adjustable seatbelts should be there. They were there on the E39 -- the only reason I can think of removing them is to cut costs.

Thankfully, for me, they fit "just right" so it's not an issue...

D.) Everyting as stated above

Also ya the trunk is crazy... It can knock someone out like that! BMW is waiting for a lawsuite in this Sue Happy US of A.

Seat Belt adjuster... its not a big deal for me but what i did notice was a cheap Toyota Tocoma has like a 60 way adjustable seatblet while the E60 has none. My co-worker knocked BMW off the Wall for that saying its theses lack of attention to detail why he doesnt like BMWs... "Sure sure sure whatevers... go like your cheap japanese cars..." I thought to myself.

I think some of us need to workout

I want a button "MODE" for changing from radio to CD, now I have to program one button on the steering wheel with "Entertainment source" which is FM-AM-CD and sometimes more if you have TV I guess.

I want better throttle respons, It was better in my old E39 MY02, but it might be for a higher comfort experience, I don?t know?

Change air recirc -- you already have that button sitting on the dash...

So is mute. Press the volume knob and you have mute.
A lot of functions in this care can be controlled from at least 2 places.
Sometimes it's a bit like windows...
