new rear tyres @ 23,000 miles

The only reason why they cost so much is because they are Runflats of course (though I'm surprised at yours - the mixed wheels are non RF)...when mine are due, it'll back to standard non RF tyres, a dolly tyre and a jack. Can't really see the point in Runflats, other than the obvious safety one (unless someone on here can convince me otherwise).

Especially in the UK where tyres cost a fortune!!

They are not runflats. When the 19inch wheels are specified you get NOn-run flats and a skinny spare.

Yes tried Etyres and actually more expensive but did include fitting. My company have a garage so fitting is no problem.
