Don't know if it's Software problem.

Sometime when I choose the CD changer to play music, the changer seems able to play only one track (usually track 1), and no matter I press next or previous, it'll just play that song again.... But when I choose another disc first, then go back to that disc, everything works fine again... Don't know what's going on w/ it...

You may want to swap that out.

No experience with this CD changer but I would swap out the CD changer but just to be sure I would clean the eye first and see what happens

Yo gf366

R u playing self burned CDs? sometimes the player can't differentiate different tracks from one another on certain brand/make of CDRs. if you are playing CDRs, try burning it on another brand of CDRs.

Cheers

Bunbun.

If it's reproducible on multiple CDs, have the dealer check it out. You'll probably get a new CD changer or software update or both.
