Well I finally had the install done and have been driving on them x2 weeks. I lowered the vehicle a small amount just to fill in the wheel gap. I have the front shocks set +5 and the rear +3. I'm loving it. Handles amazing in the curves. I wish i was still living in so-cal so i could bomb the canyons. to really get a feel for them. Driving in the cities on larger pavement divots I can feel that they are stiffer but not overly jarring yet. Time will tell how long term quality is. The install cost a bit more than was inspecting but overall, so far well worth it.

Hey Spunkmtb,

Thanks for the follow up. How are these coilovers compared to stock suspension? I have 170,000km on my E60 and I think I need to change suspension soon.
Was thinking about coilovers but don't want to sacrifice ride quality. Everyone says get the KW V3 but those are really pricey.

Haven't had them long enough to have a long term opinion. I always say to people you get what you pay for. These are definitely the more budget friendly version of shocks. You will have to ask me again in 6 months. Ive watched long term review of these shocks on you tube. The worst I have heard is that the adjustable sway bars fall apart pretty quickly.

As far as ride quality/performance goes. The performance benefit is amazing. It reminds me of when I finally purchased new ski's after using the same set for 20 years. I could pivot & turn with ease. That is what these shocks remind me of. Performance. I can fly into corners & curves. Ride quality is a bit stiffer. Not in a bad way. I do feel pot holes a bit more but it isn't annoying. Mostly the bigger divots. Certainly different from the stock strut feeling. I also drive a wagon that weighs more than the sedan. ICS has 3 levels of comfort when purchasing. They were out of the street/comfort so I got the next level up thinking the added weight of my vehicle would compensate. And it does. I thouht i would have to use minimal settings and as I said in last post I am +5F &+3 rear. I'm very happy with it thus far. Check back in 6 months and ask again.
