I don't know the difference in the deluxe versus regular. In the US we can order a new front bumper/facia, rear bumper/facia and side skirts that can be installed at the VPC or by any body shop. The Invoice cost I quoted is invoice to the dealer by the VPC if they intall it. MSRP is the amount BMW recommends charging if installed at the VPC. The parts only are $1,690 I think.
