My Ride: 530d Sport A - Dec 04. Titanium Silver. Nav Pro

From September(?) 05 the 530d will be offered with 231bhp instead of current 218 bhp. Does anybody knows if the current 530d will be software upgradable to the 231 bhp power output?

I would surprised if so because it is a totally new engine.

and all %s will have:

5 series
1.New start/stop button like on the 1- and 3- series
2.New controller from the 7-series
3.DSC + with 5 additional functions
4.High Beam Assistant

but for the new engine I do not really care after 4000kms I get it done ofr 250 maybe 255 bhp and it is quit eenough here in EU.

My car is still 000kms at the dealer I need still to register it. ohhh my .... cannot wait to see it. ats77
