New Door Seals - No creaks but more road noise

is it me or are the new door seals let in more road noise?? or are tires going???

Does anyone notice more road noise after their door seals are replaced??

Cant be... has to be your tires... check the inner side of your tires. how many miles you got? 7K+?

I think its human nature. You now do not have creaks to bother you; so the road noise becomes more obvious.

If you're still using the old run flats, then there are some issues there.

I only hear the wind/road noise coming from the passenger side at hwy speed.
I've checked the tires they look ok... and I;ve taken pictures and will upload later for public viewing

I had the new seals installed a couple of months ago, the creaks have started again on the rear right door

Had a word with the snr techie and he confirmed that there are also others with similar problems despite changing the seals :'(

What will they think of next?

Same here. I've clean given up on them already. Gotta learn to live with it. Maybe we just gotta check the country of origin for these rubbers and keep our fingers crossed its not from one of our very close rubber producing neighbours!!!

However, I've not had a problem with tyre noise whatsoever.
