New CCC, display fine but audio, destination nav and

bluetooth and climate not working. A very good indy dealer did the software install after I put the new CCC in. Did they miss a step - encoding the DVD, CD and CCC? They are using AutoLogix. Any help is greatly appreciated

hard to tell because you didn't give a lot of info. Perhaps their Autologic is not updated. If it's a new CCC then all that it should need is encoding.
