Bummer...but at least the 2 yr old didn't drink it!
Yes, exactly.
Let the odor be a reminber of that small kids can do anything!
It has to be better than the BBQ smell that my buddy has in his less than 3 month old X5. He accidentally dumped a crock pot full of the sauce on his floor pan on the way to a New Year's Party. Hopefully he gets it detailed before the summer, then he would really be in for some nice smells.

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat.
Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.
Choices:
1.) You can rent an ozone generator to kill the smell, but those work best on organic smells.
2.) Mask it/cover it with something better. My favorite choice here is actually one that also offers a positive "side" benefit: Zaino Z10 Leather in a Bottle. Not only does it smell great, but you'll be conditioning your leather, too. Lasts awhile. I think you'll be happy with this one- smells like you walked into a Coach Leather store- very much a "New Car Smell" if you ask me.

My Ride: 2006 530xi. Deep green with beige interior. 6 speed manual. Premium package.
As far as smells, it is only 1 day later and the smell is gone
As far as bad smells - my wife has you all beat. Had a jar of pickles from Sam's Club in the back of her Excursion - and it broke. I steam vacuumed the entire back area but the smell persisted and got worse. After a wekk I took the seats out and there was still pickle juice in the area where the seats attach. It took almost 3 weeks to completely get the smell out
