Car looks great man. Welcome to the xi club and to E60.net. I would get the K&N Air Fliter from AutoAnything.com and remove the stock, OEM filter. It's only $40. You should also consider swapping the fog bulbs for some HOEN's xenonmatch bulbs($30) and possibly even swap the stock angel eyes for some AIB's. Hahahaha!
You should also consider a set of the newly released H&R Sport Springs for our car. It will lower the car 35mm and give it that tighter suspension we all love. You can get it from here.
xi Sport Springs
They are made specifically for our car and just came out 2 weeks ago, after over a year in the making. Mine arrive next week. I can't wait!

Thanx for the quick reply. I belive i will go for a K&N Air filter, as for the springs, i think it is too much work to be done. Also i need to know if i install an air filter kit, will it void my warranties.???
Anyway, swapping the stock filter for the K&N will not void your warranty. An intake could, but only if you experience engine problems down the road. Basically, the warranty will get voided should a problem arise that's due to the aftermarket product that was installed.

Was wondering is anyone knows where on the Internet i can view different models of BMW summer floor mats to replace those black rubber ones I have?
Check out cocoa mats...you can keep the mats light grey with black dots or vice versa.
