New Car!
Well I still have my E60, but my son recently got an E46. Here are some pro's and con's:
Pro's:
-Since it is a 2000 model (328ci), it still has the cable throttle instead of the drive-by-wire we have in our cars. The result-- more responsive and less lag.
-Steering is tighter than the E60.
-Car has better cornering ability than my non-sport E60. (All coupes have sport suspension standard)
Con's:
-Ride is harsher than the E60. It sits a lot lower than the E60.
-No iDrive
-Even with the upgraded HK sound system in the E46, my standard E60 system sounds better.
-Steering wheel is not heated. It is also thinner and bigger compared to our steering wheel.
Here are the spec's/mod's of his car:
-Alpine White w/ gray leather and burl wood trim (It's funny how all my cars have gray interior).
-Clear corners, side markers, etc.
-ECIS CAI (engine sounds very nice at 3.75K RPM and above).
-Dension IceLink iPod connection.
-DDE Angel Eyes.
