I can tell you since I have both my E60 and my wife's 2011 Honda Accord in my driveway now - yeah, it's a clear imitation. Probably another reason why i like the F10 so much.

Yeah was thinking also about certain elements that look like the E60. I agree about the Accord.
I think the E60 is very sexy looks wise, does turns heads and I haven't even modded it yet

It's all too true!!
What about the Cam(a)ry??
my wife will often think that a Cam(a)ry is her car in a lot and wonders why the doors dont open. LOL
It seems that they all look alike.
Amazingly the hyundai looks more stylish but it seems to be a copy of the MB.

The new Buick Regal is actually a pretty good looking car, but it looks absolutely nothing like an E60, there's really no resemblance whatsoever.
The Honda Accord is often mentioned as having some resemblance to an E60 but again it doesn't really look much like the BMW. You might argue the kink on the C Pillar resembles the Hofmeister on the C Pillar of the E60, but that's really about it. No one is going to mistake an Accord for an E60 or vice versa...

However the median age for the E60 driver is NOT 67 like it is for the Buick!!

the wrap-around lights, the multiple body lines, the wheels, the shape, etc look very similar. they might not be exact copies, but the styling in general is copied.
