I got basically the same car (without sport, but with a few extra options) for 736/mo.
When you say "2700 down" do you mean inception fees only or a cap cost reduction, or both?

The sport pack costs can add over $ 50 per month (Roughly say $ 28/1000)
The Westchester Tax 6.65 is in the monthly payments as well

M5 will start ar 85K USD plus options plus waiting lists plus dealer mark ups. Anyway you slice it you save 20K +USD and get a pretty close match. (i know it's no cigar), But I bet you there will be many people happy with the low end torque of 550 vs M3 like 8K+ RPM M5
