New 530xi delivered . . . is this normal??

Hi we picked my wife's 530xi up from the dealer on Thursday last week. We have noticed a couple of "odd" things. First, after the car is off, the led for "park" on the steptronic remains lit after we have exited the car. It stays on indefinitely. Second, tonight the radio and gauges remained on after my wife hit the stop button and removed the "key". She started the engine and tried it again, and the radio and gagues went out . . . about 30 seconds after she hit the stop button and removed the key. Is this stuff normal?
BTW, the car is a week 36 production, and no RDS.

The Park light is normal... It staies on for about 16 mins.. till the car falls asleep. go check it next time after an hour it'll be out.
The radio and guage light isnt normal I dont think... they should turn off with the key out.
