hey guys i want to get style 166 rims for my E60 in 20s but im scared of them rubbing on my stock suspension. i know they might not rub with me only in the car. but with all 4 people equipped i think i might get some rubbing. i had alot of rubbing on my 01 530i and im just tired of it, cant stand it. i know u guys are gonna say to get my fenders rolled but i dont want to do anything like that. some suggestions would be appreciated.

I dont think they make 166's (M5 wheels) in 20" or at least OEM 166's. If they do Id like to see where youre going to buy them, as I am looking for some rims for my 545i and I really like the 166's but not the $1800 price tag and the replica 166's Ive seen dont look anything like the real deal.

Fender rolling is actually a very painless and non-intrusive process. They remove your wheels, mount a device that connects to your wheel hub on one end and the other end is pressed agains the inside of your fender. They then roll it back and forth to press the inner lip of the fender. Shouldn't be any worries at all.

Any 20s in #166 would be replicas. Bad news.

If you get 19", you should be fine.

you wont rub at all with oem 19s 166s on stock suspension. you could drop and add the proper size of spacers in the rear (unless you get the 166s with lesser offset in rear) and still not rub.

Replica's are too risky. Go with OEM
