passenger side is lower than driver side WHY???

My Ride: 08 M6
I have a 2007 530i with sports package. the car is alittle over 20k miles. after i install new rims on my car. my passenger side is lower than driver side. even after i got alignment done its still the same...is there some thing wrong with my car???? or its normal.

The battery is in the trunk on the passenger side. It may make the back end sag just a tad bit more, but not much.

i think this was discussed and the reason why is because BMW accounted for the driver sitting in the front seat. I am not sure but I do know that rudy will chime in soon...
