so last week i was updating my CIC/CCC modules with ISTA-P and something went wrong and it failed on me (prob due to the fact i only have the K+Dcan cable and ignored all warnings like a moron) and now my MMI/CCC (iDrive) is stuck in programming mode (I believe is whats happening) and i can hear a "fan-like" noise coming from it but it wont turn on for me anymore.. after looking at the modules & ECU readings using any program on my laptop or even ProTools... i noticed that the VIN# is still correct for the MMI/CCC aka CICR module, but for the part #, it doesnt seem to show anything but stars ******** (Plz have a look at the screenshot attached).. so i need to either re-flash the module, or assign the proper part # to it (which i have the proper part number for it from before thank god)... not sure how to go about this, but any help would be really appreciated
