I would like to change the V shaped plastic thingy on my M sports steering wheel with the aluminium one found only on the 545i. Is that possible without changing the whole steering wheel? I tried to find the part number but all i found is the same thing on the 545i and on the 535d (and i know things are different).

And 2nd i'd like to change my brake and accelerator pedal with metal ones. I know the M5 has metal ones not rubber as on the rest of the 5 series. M i right? If it has please let me know and please if it is possible tell me the part number. If it doesn't where can i find some M metal padels?

THANK YOU ALOT IN ADVANCE!

...currently no E60 OEM aluminium pedals are available, neither for M5 or M6 either, only the kickplate as of yet...im also going to look to change to alum pedals when i get mine, but, if no OEMs are available, i'll probably go for AC S or Hamman/Hartge, they all have nice pedal kits....

there are also some cheaper imitations that have the M logo if you just want the look, check the mod's forum and you will see some members that have done this, here is one recent thread: http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=14757&st=0
