There is a great picture of a titanium silver 5-er in the Information section, one of the best shots I've seen, so I decided to take a shot at turning it into silver gray so I can decide using the same picture, as the 'build your own' on the website doesn't look 'real'.

Here's the original:

And here's my attempt at making it silver grey:

The hue is a bit on the magenta side, but it seems pretty close. What do you think, silver grey owners, did I do it justice?

Wait a minute.... in these alternate light shots, the backend of the car looks quite different... and if I'm not mistaken in certain light the silver-grey almost looks more like a coupe?!?!?

Hey, that's my car. I chose TS because the wheels match the paint as well as complimenting the clear lenses, front and rear. Still looks the same some 16 months later. Still wet with sweat from cleaning it up this morning. Going to a funeral this evening and wanted to do the brand justice. Expecting 102F in Dallas today, currently well on it's way at 95F.

That look could be the exaccerbated by the window tint.

There wasn't a cloud in the sky that day, just before noon, and I think the hue on the TS is a reflection of some of the blue sky.

The tint sure looks sweet - that was a by-product of my editing, as I didn't want to spend too much time on it and get the windows out of the edited area. Boy, I wish that kind of tint was legal in California...

Yup, I boost the color in my shots - it brings the reflected blue out a ton. I think in a lot of lighting conditions this adds blue to titanium silver and silver gray.

My shots aren't exactly true to life, but I like the look...

I vote for the Ti Silver. I'm not a big fan of those in-between colors. But that's just me!
