acura tls are FUGLY, not even in the same class as bimmers.

Go for the 5 series, sexy, sleep, powerful car, you will love it.

right.

BMW and Benz have pretty poor residuals
You might want to remove the BMW portion of your post. BMW also comes ahead of Acura in 2008 and 2009 for resale value:

Trouble is that KBB and similar data is utterly worthless right now. Residual value on anything remotely high end (or remotely inefficient) is in the crapper and will stay there for some time. Try to trade in your BMW and see how close to KBB you get... In any event, the 1% average residual advantage that BMW holds over Acura (per these KBB estimates) essentially pales into insignificance when the original purchase price for comparable vehicles is taken into account.

i would definitely go with the bimmer hands down, you get more looks in the bimmer than you ever would with the acura, it might just be me but bimmers are on a different level than acuras and many other cars, its really not up to us. Just look at which one handles and drivers better, and whatever one you feel comfortable in

Maybe I read to fast but...

Have you test driven both cars?

If not.. Take them both out for a spin. Get on the freeway, take some turns, pass by some women. After all that then make a decision. =)
