Need advise on 528iM-sport vs 528xiM-sport

My Ride: 2007 530i SMG Jet Black/Beige Sport/Prem/Cold, comfort, split, shades.

I currently have a 07 530 SMG M-Sport, and I came across some great lease rates for an 09 528xi M-sport. My question is will i miss the active roll stabilization or the sport suspension?? Any driving impressions on a xi version as opposed to the non xi. Is there a significant handling difference? I haven't had a chance to drive one yet so I am looking for some feedback.

xi sport packages are somewhat neutered, which is to say they are more cosmetic than anything. No suspension changes at all. In fact, when I saw your post I thought for sure it was a typo. An xi M sport is an oxymoron.
