Sorry if this has been answered already.. I did not find a clear answer..
I am still under 4/50K warranty... and I hear a new Navigation update 2012 has come out.. I think my car is running 2011 for now.. will I be given this update for free??
What about any CCC updates etc?? I really need a Mute button for my Phone not he steering.. I am looking for that... I have the sports steering without Paddle shifters

Actually my navigation is the Hard Drive based... no DVD in my car for navigation. I don't want any DVD... I just want them to upgrade it for me.. and not charge me if possible

If you find out please post. I called 5 dealers just asking how often the DVD updates are released. It was like "who's on first". They were all CLUELESS.
On told me they had to order it and it was $3,400. There were giving me a price on installing factory nav (after the fact). I just hung up on that one. 20 minutes, three transfers later I realized I'm just wasting my time.
Called my Toyota or Honda dealers for this info. in the past and it was a 2 second conversation. Mind boggling.
