Navigation Screen & Menu Question
I am sure this has been discussed many times before, however is there a way to display the "Live" GPS Speed in the "Current Position" display for the Navigation System. I am aware that there is a hidden menu for the Navigation system, but I don't know how to access. Given that I have an 08 LCI E60 system, and the I-Drive button only moves left-right-forward-back, does anyone know how to access the menu?
After searching through the forums I was unable to find out the information I need.
Thanks for your insight in advance.

I also would like to see the real time GPS calculated speed. I did put my Garmin GPS in the car for a trip and learned that the GPS speed differed by 1.5 to 2.0 mph from the indicated speed on the car. The GPS speed being the faster speed. This seemed to stay consistent within a range of 45 to 95 mph on a flat road using the cruise control to maintain a steady speed. I have the standard 17" wheels & non rft tires on my 08 535i. Wheel and tire size will make a slight difference.
While I'm on it I also would like to see the date and time for the car's systems updated from the GPS satellite. Those satellite clocks are accurate enough to navagate airplanes - shouldn't be a problem for a car.

If you need more detailed steps, search the forum for "instrument cluster menu". Good luck.
