Hi,
My car is lease for 3 years, and it is perwired for factory Nav.
I am realtor, and I always show property on different locations.
Since my car is lease, should I buy a factory NAV or portable unit like Magellan 700?
the portable unit run around $1100 and BMW NAV I guess run around $1800.
Please give me some suggestion!

For Lease defiantly get the portable. You can take to your next lease and keep using it. Garmin makes a good unit easy to install and use. Since you transfer it to the car you save money. You can get enough memory for it to do I think 3 states at a time and download more if you need to go cross country.
