Last I heard, those were going to be available with the March '04 production. Is that still the case? Seems like I read "January production" now. Anyone know for sure? Thanks

Info from my dealer in Sweden is that it will be in production from january.

I have to retrofit it on mine ( december build ). Had to order it as an upgrade option.

I'm waiting for a 545i with Nav Pro, HUD and Voice command since August (I live in Switzerland).

This week my dealer gave to me this last news:
. Nav Pro + HUD: production in first week of february
- only preparation for Voice command available for the moment.

So, yesterday I received a confirmation from my dealer that my 545i (with HUD, Nav Pro and preparation for Voice command) will be in production in first week of february and I will get it in first or second week of March. I hope it is true but it could be because these dates have been given by the computer system BMW for the orders.

Wonder when I will have my Prof. Nav installed? And what about the HUD? Dealer says it should arrive with HUD installed. Production start was week 52 for my car.

If my dealer is right, the first week for production of Nav Pro is the first of January and, as already said, the first for HUD is beginning of February (BMW system has not yet accepted my order: the dealer should have to confirm it beginning of February but my 545i is already in the waiting list).

I hope you will get your car as you want it...

I am in the same situation, waiting for the January allocation to attempt to order my 530 with HUD.

I placed my order for a 530 with just about every extra I could think of - seriously - all of them. Among them: Professional Nav with bluetooth and Extended voice and HUD. I had wanted to place my order back in November but decided to wait to place my order originally as the HUD was not available until week 10 in 04 and bluetooth and extended voice was apparently not available.

My dealer has told me that BMW has now said that there is a problem with bluetooth, extended voice and the hud and if I want those in the spec them I'm going to have to wait until about September 04

I've now order the car with delivery expected at the end of March, but i've had to delete the HUD, bluetooth and extended voice and added the professional telephone (fixed option) so that I can still have a phone in the car due to the lack of bluetoth. I can still have Pro Nav but minus the extended voice. Bit of a sod that...

I'm a bit dissapointed as the total cost of the car with the options I've chosen is around 50k and if your going to go for it then, hey - you want all the toys right? Still - it's going to eb one hell of a car and I'm looking forward to it.
