I read on here a couple days ago about BMW increasing the warranty coverage on our fuel pumps to 100,000 miles because of a hesitation or sluggishness when cornering or under heavy acceleration. Is my N62 V8 covered by this? Its a 2008 550i with a build date of 03/2007.

I believe this issue was for the 535's high pressure fuel pumps. The early models 2008+ fuel pumps had issues so bmw replaced them and issued an extanded warranty.
