Bandwagons come and go.
No matter how hard you try you end up on one - Jeremy Clarkson or the rest.

Im still not sure about the eyebrows tho...... but this model is better than the previous - it looked bland, the e60 cant be called that.
on the other hand, the 3 series e90 isnt as pretty as the previous e46. But they put that right with the new coupe version - all the bits i didnt like have been smoothed into something really great looking
cheers

First one is a concord... but whats the second plane?
The second plane is the Soviet Union's TU-144, dubbed "Concordski".
Rumour is it kept crashing because the wrong plans were "allowed" to be stolen...

I wonder if that's what they'll say about the e60 and the Lexus!

BO**OCKS, it crashed cause the plane was sabotaged by western imperialists! it was a better design as well
Did it only crash once? I thought 1973 and 1977. Concorde of course managed a scheduled flight crash too and never recovered commercially either. Another coincidence...
CCCP removed the TU 144 from passenger service and put it on the scheduled mail-run between Moscow and Alma Ata.

My Ride: My 1st was an '06 530xi, Titanium Silver w/ gray dakota leather, sport pkg. & Nav.
Now my 2nd is an '08 650i CP, Space Gray, Blk Dakota, Sprt. Auto, HUD, Sprt. Pkg., Prem. Sound, High Beam Ast. & Comfort Access
I read all the controversy over the Bangle design when it first unveiled. I could not understand it because I thought the design was cutting edge right from the start. It also replaced a design that I thought was handsome but a bit "cookie cutter". Everyone has their own tastes but I enjoy owning a car that is truely one of a kind.

Chris Bangle and BMW advanced the state of automobile design significantly. I applaude their skill and courage. This is why I have personally been responsible for the purchase/lease of 4 BMWs since 2001. This includes me, my son, and a business partner. I just hope that they keep going.
