My Steptronic is BANGING BAD

I havent driven the car much 380 miles so far in a week
when I was in Sport Mode at a slow roll the tranny and differential banged so bad it tugged me out fo my seat. Happend 4 times and I have not even beat on the car
I am worried, this is what happend to mY Jaguar however the Jaguar never had the bang so severe, I sued them over it an won
I hope this does not turn into another nightmare, damn Stupid ZF why cant they get this 6Hp gearbox right I dont get it.
Jaguar uses the same gearbox as does Audi.
Anyone have this, I bet they will BS saying its software update, im brinign it in next week for sure, if it persist, BY BY E60
Have had bad luck this week, my FX45 yesterday blew its transfer case and tranny, I was again driving in downpour rain at 10MPH, car only has 4800 miles on it geez

I had that too after the software update.. After 2000 km's it is completely gone and shifts as smooth as it ever did..
