My new trim damaged

My Ride: 535d se ac schnitzer front, msport rear.
can anyone advise. I have had my brand new e60 now for 4 days. only today i noticed that the front interior trim, which is piano black, has 3 small marks, which are definately scratches and wont come out. I know i have not scratched the trim myself. What options do I have. Do I go back to the dealer. Has anyone any experience in the matter. Do you think the dealer will replace it.

go back to the dealer and they will change that for free, they also did mine after months, I just phoned them and they did.What is worse a day 10 car I opened my High Gloss Individual trimmed door and broke the upper part... :'( that was the worst...they changed that too.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
The Piano Black is a Individual Series Option!
I though they are not and option in the US?
If scracted or in anyway damaged, get your dealer to repalce them.
But how can they be damaged....?

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
I am sure the dealer will replace it but you can buff out pretty deep scratches with a plastic polishing kit. Its usually a 2 to 3 step process where you start with a coarse compound and finish with a polishing compound. The wood trim is covered with polyurethane.
