If it only happened once and is fine now (like mine) I'm not sure what the service guys can check. I guess they could look at the computer to see if it recorded a failure. I decided to write it off as a one time anomaly and will bring it in only if it happens again.

It might have its glitches, but I disagree that its the dumbest thing ever invented. It needs some fine tuning, but I think its a great concept...How else could you access all the different features???Its such a good concept that other auto makers are using similar devices...BMW is the inventer of great technologies, and everyone else follows.

Im not sure if I pushed multiple buttons at the same time. I am also going to let it go for now, unless it acts up again..
