My Headlight has red rings. Help!!

My Headlight has red rings. Help!!
So I bought my Headlight assembly from a junkyard for 450$ just to find out after I installed it that its not working. It dosent look like the bulbs are working and the ring are red when turned on if its high beam or low beam. I replaced both my High beam bulb and Low Beam bulb but it still didnt fix the Problem what else could it be. Maybe the Headlight control module??? Need to fix ASAP I have to wake up early in morning for school and without my headlights work I cant do that. Not trying to get a ticket ever morning.Thanks
