Isn't there an unemployment surge in California? I am assuming not San Diego?

I am not sure if there is or not. I do know it's real bad in CA though. However 16% in Michigan (30% Detroit) is a heck of a lot worse when you weigh the fact that the 16% does not include the millions of peeps that have left for greener pastures! Our local legislature has stated that without the unemployed leaving from michigan, the Unemployed would be at least 20%! Michigan unfortunately is collapsing.
