I had my 5 since April of 04, so about 6 months ago I took it for an oil change and 2 weeks ago warning message popped up in i-Drive saying that oil level was dangerously low. I took it back to the dealer, they said that there was no presence of any leaks just oil needs to be added. When I asked them where did the oil go they said it burned. Over half of it in 6 months???

If it proves that the engine is defective, do I have the right to replace my car with a new one? I really don't want to disassemble every part in my car to get a new engine? .
