I know.. he told me it will cost me 11.500 euros in tax extra because I use my car to drink beers and talk cars with my new friends.

no no i think that this is wrong, the 11.50 euros only applies if your emissions are over 150 mg/m3 of methane per pint. i think you are being exploited
